All items are shipped recorded delivery, you will receive a tracking number to locate your shipment every step of the way.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, within 14 days of its arrival, you can return the item once for complimentary modification.
Unfortunately, return shipping is not covered, and as items are custom made, refunds are not possible.
